This role monitors and tracks project progress, aged accounts, invoices and budget, and is responsible for overall project performance and profitability Requirements of the Project Manager Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering 8 years experience with at least 5 years focused on retail and/or commercial projects Licensure in structural engineering is required Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously Is attuned to other areas as it relates to total project: structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and site requirements Working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD Benefits of the Project Manager Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 Paid time off Medical / Dental / Vision 401k Responsibilities of the Project Manager Monitors and tracks project progress, aged accounts, invoices and budget Responsible for overall project performance and profitability. Develops schedules, budgets and proposals (contracts). Responsible for marketing to prospective clients and building, maintaining and managing client relationships. Possesses effective management skills and is able to plan, direct and monitor all aspects of civil engineering projects. Involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Possesses strong drive, motivation and self-initiative. Responsible for acting independently on matters within area of expertise. Communicates and coordinates project requirements with the project team and consultants. Responsible for building, maintaining and managing client relationships. Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of projects.
