At least four weeks of training is provided for all new hires, and there are continuous learning opportunities made available throughout an employee's tenure. Bank of America offers education as a benefit so employees are encouraged to take courses while earning a paycheck. After 6 months of employment, employees in good standing qualify for education benefits that can lead to new opportunities. BofA’s internal career development support helps employees who successfully complete training find new internal opportunities, such as the Relationship Banker role.
